In 2026, teams must learn faster than the market shifts.

Micro-learning = short, regular learning bursts embedded in the flow of work.

Here’s how to build the habit:

1. Trigger It

Link learning to something that already happens: daily huddles, CRM workflows, or Slack reminders.

2. Keep It Tiny

Think 3-minute lessons, 1-page PDFs, or a 5-minute share in team chat.

Taking note, Making it relevant, team meeting

3. Make It Relevant

Prioritise teaching what can be applied today. Tie learning to active deals and current challenges.

4. Celebrate Consistency

Reward team members who show up and consistently execute - not just those at the top of the leaderboard.

5. Reinforce It

Micro-learning must be ongoing, not a one-hit wonder; embed learning into weekly and monthly rhythms.
